If you sign-up to receive our Blogs or Newsletters, we will collect your name, company name and contact information, which we will store in our database(s) and use to deliver you the content. Information may further be utilized to provide supplemental marketing materials that may pertain to Pratum, Inc. services pertaining to the relative subject matter.

Pratum, Inc. hosts events including Seminars, Onsite Training Opportunities, Security Panels and Web Events. If you register for one of our events we will collect your name, company name and contact information, which we will store in our database(s) and use to provide you with information and services associated with the event. Information may further be utilized to fulfill any requests you have associated with the event or service. Pratum, Inc. does not share this information with any third party other than to store the information in our database(s).

If you are an attendee, we may keep record of your participation. We may use this to inform you of additional events or provide you complementary resources or better understand attendee needs and interests and to adjust our products and services.

On occasion, Pratum, Inc. may co-sponsor an event that provides an attendee list. If you do not wish to have your information included in an attendee list or to receive information, you can express your preferences when you register for events or contact Pratum, Inc. Sharing your information with co-sponsors allows you to receive the content for free. We provide a way for attendees to opt-out of receiving marketing materials.

Co-Sponsors may ask you to provide additional contact information to follow-up with questions or provide marketing information. By giving a co-sponsor your information, you are consenting that you may be contacted by that organization post-event. If you do not wish them to contact you, please communicate this directly with the organization at the event or thereafter.

Managed/Consulting Services

Pratum, Inc. uses personal information as necessary for the performance of a Managed Service or Consulting contract. Information obtained through these services, is used to assist with network and information security, risk assessment, threat protection, and suspicious activity that may adversely affect the client. In the event of an incident, we would examine personal data that appeared to be linked to the incident as necessary to determine what happened, remediate, report to the authorities, and prevent a recurrence.

Unless you opt-out, Pratum, Inc. may use personal information obtained to:

As part of our Managed Services, Pratum, Inc. may require log-in credentials to ensure the user is properly accessing Pratum, Inc. services.

Pratum, Inc. uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service, to track how often people gain access to or read our content. We use this information in the aggregate to understand what content our members find useful or interesting, so we can produce the most valuable content to meet your needs. Inquires and changes to data obtained through services contractually provided to clients will need to originate with the client. If we determine that a request was made directly to Pratum, Inc. we will help route the request to appropriate client to ensure a proper audit trail is performed that that all data in question is properly located and changed.
